Work is progressing well on the implementation of the new T123 IT system provided by MAM Autopart of Sheffield UK. The state of the art Fujitsu servers will be installed at the end of October and work is already progressing on the data upload files and software installation routines.

The new system will give increased functionality to T123 HQ and branches and consists of a single ERP platform rather than the separate SOP, finance and reporting systems currently employed. Benefits include, faster processing, reduced number of servers and significantly more user friendly operating tools. T123 expect the installation to be complete and roll out to depots in late December.

T123 commenced trading on the 29th April 2008, having successfully acquired the assets of Multipart FleetServe through a management buyout. In our first year of operation the company achieved substantial recognition of the newly created T123 brand across broad industry sectors and markets.
Our Employees, Managers and Directors have worked tirelessly to produce an excellent trading result in difficult market conditions.
During this period T123 Ltd generated a pre tax profit of £8027, we also reduced our borrowings and strengthened our balance sheet, in a year which included significant one-time costs associated with the head office move and business set up.

In July 2008 the business relocated to a modern HQ and warehouse at the heart of the UK motorway network for ease of distribution. Furthermore, the business has now become self sufficient for IT, HR and Finance functions, whereas these were previously supported by group departments at Multipart.

Last year we saw each of our market sectors affected by the current economic conditions. However, by offering our services in industries with differing market cycles, T123 successfully mitigated many of the downturns experienced during the last 12 months. Furthermore, in December 2008 we took the difficult decision to reduce costs and headcount within our business and create a leaner fitter T123. Today we are better able to withstand the turmoil of the current economic cycle and have improved our competitiveness when bidding for new business.

During our first year and into our new business year, T123 continues to strengthen market position within the GSE and Local Government Sectors. New customers including airlines, ground support equipment companies and airport operators have all started to trade with T123. In February 2009 we launched our new internet trading portal at www T123GSE.com which has attracted new customers in Ireland, Scandinavia, Europe and the Middle East. In April 2009 we were in selected by Lancashire County Council to supply vehicle parts to five North West based workshops for 2 year period. In May 2009 we were awarded a three and a half year contract to provide parts on an exclusive basis to the leading global GSE equipment rental company, TCR UK. This new contract operates from 9 UK sites, 7 of which T123 already had a presence, thus further improving overhead recovery. In all we have secured approximately £10m of new future contract value to add to our already significant contracts in the airport, commercial vehicle and fire sectors.

We expect 2009/10 to be another tough year but we are now well placed to increase our revenue and strengthen our market position. There will be investment in IT systems and further development of our web based portals for the airport, fire and commercial vehicle sectors.
